There’s not long now until summer ends. September and autumn are around the corner and we have to go back to our regular routine. You’ve no doubt enjoyed a very long summer, but it's possible that your skin and hair have suffered. High temperatures, sun and changes in diet and habits may have affected them.

Deep exfoliation

Proper exfoliation with a skin peel will help the internal and regenerative skin layer to once again perform its basic function.
Moisturisation and tissue repair
Exposure to the sun during the summer months can cause a loss of elasticity in the skin of your face, neck and neckline. It will have also caused tissue wear and significant dehydration, sped up aging and led to the appearance of spots and wrinkles.
To combat this, moisturise your skin at least twice a day and use a night cream to help restore your skin to its optimum state.
